- Lead and support the cleaning team on-site — set the pace, maintain quality standards
- Follow Upkeep systems, checklists, and processes consistently
- Balance quality and efficiency within assigned time windows
- Communicate professionally with clients, teammates, and leadership
- Arrive on time, in uniform, and ready to lead by example
